SAN MARCO. The sleek, contemporary décor of bright blues and neon accents set the scene for this modern-day sushi establishment. As for menu selections, a must try is the Jaguar Roll, filled with seafood, rice, lobster tail, cucumber and avocado. The spicy tuna roll, wrapped in black seaweed with tuna and hot sauce, is excellent, as is the sampler platter of tuna, salmon, shrimp, yellowtail and California rolls. Business casual attire.
